Quenary offers a full time Diploma in Patisserie programme for experienced students. After completion of the programme and pass 6 month internship training. student will be awarded with an international recognized certification by City & Guilds (UK).

Requirement: 16 years old and above ( 1 Year working experience in related industry / SKM 2 Certified )
Duration: 6 Months Lecture + 3 Months (Taiwan) + 6 Months Industrial Placement
Time: Weekdays (Monday To Friday) **Excluded Public Holiday

烘焙文凭课程 (9 + 6个月)
Quenary Academy提供全职烘焙文凭课程予对烘焙有经验者,学员完成课程并通过6个月行业培训,便可获英国城市行业协会 City & Guilds 颁发专业烘焙文凭。课程中学员可同时考取马来西亚JPK – SKM3证书, 以提高学员毕业后的竞争力。
